zame was born from a simple mission: to empower assistants worldwide. Inspired by the Swiss German word for “together,” zame reflects our belief that real progress happens through collaboration.

Since 2020-21, we’ve been collecting and curating supplier recommendations directly from assistants themselves. We started this because we saw how much time and effort goes into finding trusted contacts, and we wanted to create a platform where assistants could share their expertise, streamline their workflows, and lift each other up.

Working alongside assistants since 2003, we’ve gained deep insight into the challenges of the role — from tight deadlines to constantly changing demands. That experience guides everything we do at zame, ensuring our platform is built for the real needs of assistants.
